Cancellation Policy
less than a 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-Cancellations the day of appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.
-No show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will cancelled. Cancelled appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
NO REFUNDS - you have 7 days after the appointment to let me know if you’re unhappy, then we will schedule a redo appt
